What are we doing?

We are experts in software development and IT consulting. We also offer enterprise domain management under our brand 123domain.eu.

The company was founded in 1997 and was initially specialized in internet services. In 2001, the company was transformed into a capital company - without external investor involvement until today. In 2006, the brand 123domain.eu was introduced, under which the domain management is organized. The company's name was changed in 2011 into ingenit GmbH & Co. KG.

Since 2009, we have continuously expanded the software development business and successfully implemented numerous projects for well-known companies. As a specialist for individual enterprise software, we transform customer-specific concepts into tailor-made software.

Meanwhile, we can look back on 25 successful years. This success is due above all to our highly qualified employees and their work on exciting customer projects, varied tasks and international challenges.

Our staff

It is only through our motivated and highly qualified employees, that we will meet our vision of 'we live IT'. Only through their commitment and their work we can be successful as a company. They are also the ones that characterize our corporate culture and a respectful coexistence. This is also reflected in low fluctuation: for the most part, our employees are employed for 6 years and in some cases even longer. That makes us very proud.

It is important for us to promote cooperation - through an open ear for our employees and for their professional and personal wishes as well as through joint activities.

We are regularly looking for new colleagues. Our current vacancies can be found here.

Management

The owner-managed company is run by the two partners, Dipl.-Inform. Thomas Klute and Dipl.-Inform. Marc-Christian Schröer. Both have studied computer science at TU Dortmund and have already met each other during their studies.

Thomas Klute founded the company during his studies and has been a partner and managing director since then. His focus is project management and IT security. Already at school, Thomas was very interested in computer science and, among other things, won the 13th Bundeswettbewerb Informatik as nationwide winner. In his diploma thesis, he has developed the design and construction of a semi-autonomous football robot. In addition to his enthusiasm for football, especially for the local ball game club in black and yellow colors, Thomas plays piano and keyboard. He is married and father to a daughter and a son.

Marc-Christian Schröer has also been a partner and managing director since 2000. He is the creative head of the company, manages projects and supervises the IT infrastructure. In his diploma thesis, he has developed a flexible system for the mobile data exchange of documents from corresponding management systems. For many years, Marc has been actively involved with charitable organisations, including the German Red Cross, and is a volunteer paramedic. For the rest, he likes the ball game club in black and yellow colors as well. He is married and father to a son.
