ingenit once again awards a scholarship to a computer science student at TU Dortmund

For many years, Dortmund has had the Dortmund SME scholarship model (DOMO). Participating companies support one or more IT students at TU Dortmund or FH Dortmund. In return, the students get to know all of these companies in speed dates and, in addition to financial support, may get the chance of an internship, a student job or a direct start in a job after graduation.

Since 2017, ingenit GmbH & Co. KG has taken part in this event for the sixth time. On the one hand, we want to present ourselves as a potential employer for graduates, especially from the IT programs of both universities. On the other hand, we want to give back socially, and we have chosen to do so in the form of a 1,500 euro scholarship for an IT student.

Our company is committed to fostering and supporting the next generation of skilled professionals. That is why we are delighted to announce that we will support Kira, an aspiring student at TU Dortmund, with a scholarship.

With her personality and her education so far, Kira convinced us that she is the right scholarship holder for us among almost 50 applicants. We are very pleased that Kira also chose us as her scholarship sponsor – because there is only a match if both sides rate each other very highly on the school grading scale. We will now support Kira for two consecutive semesters with 750 euros each to help her with the financial challenges of studying. Hopefully this gives her the space to focus on her studies without having to worry about financial burdens. Kira recently visited our office, and together we signed the scholarship agreement.

As a company with local roots, it is an honor for us to be part of Kira's educational journey and to support her in reaching her academic goals. We firmly believe that investing in education helps young talent realize their dreams and have a positive impact on our community.

We warmly welcome Kira to our scholarship family and look forward to following her successes throughout her studies.
