In specially designed server cabinets you can place your own hardware with us. You benefit from our redundant connection in a modern data center. On request we provide the appropriate hardware for you, support with installation and configuration and integrate it into our infrastructure. Choose between individual height units or entire racks.

Our DNS services are provided through a server infrastructure operated by us. The servers are distributed worldwide, half of them are located in Germany. In addition to the usual unicast distribution, we offer you Anycast to achieve shorter access times and increased security for your web presence.

In order to protect DNS data against attacks and your customers against fake webpages, you can use DNSSEC. The DNS data is digitally signed and any recipient can check the correctness.

In addition, we provide you with dynamic DNS to be publicly accessible with a non-static IP address.

At our location in Dortmund, we operate our own air-conditioned data center. The site is connected to the network redundantly through multiple carrieres. In addition to an entrance control, the premises are protected by video surveillance and a modern gas extinguishing system. Proximity to our office space guarantees prompt action by our specialists and technicians. Our qualified staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (subject to SLAs). Various service-level agreements are available and round off the offer.

In cooperation with the German Red Cross in Düssedorf and Dortmund, ingenit has developed a web-based software for the planning, provision and billing of medical services. SEPSys, the medical services planning system, accompanies the entire process from the initial request, through the provision of services and personnel planning to invoicing, and enables an efficient workflow through controlling measures and the integration of third party system.

The application management software REMUS is also being developed in cooperation with the German Red Cross in Dortmund. REMUS stands for Redundant Emergency Management and Support System (in German: Redundantes Einsatzmanagement- und -unterstützungs-System) and provides a web-based solution for the management from small-scale services to large, operations staff-managed medical services. REMUS has been the standard software for emergency management at Borussia Dortmund in the Signal-Iduna-Park since 2012 and is being developed continually.
